You are always in control of what calls we answer whether that’s all calls, just when your lines are busy or if the call is unanswered at your end.
3) Relax and focus on your work
You don’t need to tell us when you are planning to use the service, our operators are always ready to answer your calls in your company name in a friendly and professional manner whilst following your instructions.
Operators will transfer calls through, just like an in-house receptionist, or take a message that will be emailed and/or text immediately on close of call.
